We require you to register at our site if you wish to gain access to any of the data associated with AccuRate. We will only use your name and address to communicate with you via emails and or newsletters.

We will not supply any details that you have provided to our data base to any other person of organisation with out your written permission.
This web site is private and has been established to assist us to provide training and help desk services to users of the AccuRate software. We want to know who is accessing data from our site, hence the need for you to register.

If you wish to have your details removed from the data base, please let us know.

Terms of Service

ERSS is established to provide help desk services to subscribers on behalf of Hearne Scientific, distributors of the CSIRO software package AccuRate. We also provide a CD based training package available through Hearne Scientific as a stand alone package or as part of the Premium Maintenance program.

ERSS does not guarantee that all information about the AccuRate software and its application to all building regulations is complete and correct. We aim to keep the training up to date and relevant to the Building Regulatory Authority requirements in each jurisdiction. Users are advised to check for specific variations and requirements set down by their local regulatory authority. In particular we can not guarantee that all lists of rules for zoning and the like are correct at all times.
